Painting Steps

At MC Painting, we pride ourselves in our hard work, care to detail, and ensuring we repeat a trusted and known process that we value. For, highest quality results, we developed a system that gives impeccable results and provides great value every time.

Step 1. Pressure Wash

All exterior areas of your home will be pressured wash/hand washed. Its an important step, in order for all the dirt and mildew be removed so that the new paint/satin will bond well. We will cover any areas that are not being painted to protect them.

Step 2. Surface Preparation

Afterwards, we want to ensure the right preparation for the exterior/interior of your home, so we will lightly sand, scrap any loose painting, and prime with primer. The damaged areas of the exterior/interior are scuff sanded, cracked/split gaps are caulked to seal out moisture and drafts. This is an important step for us.

3. Painting Process

To create a top finish to your home, we will apply any texture that is needed on your walls. Prime them and apply a first and second coat on them. For paint we will be using from Sherwin-Williams. We can recommend certain types of paint according to your needs. To ensure a long lasting and high quality results.

4. Touch Up & Clean Up

After, we have finished painting we will ensure everything is in great condition. We will check for any touch ups needed and any missed areas. We will make sure there are no painting chips and that everything is neatly put away and materials are picked up.

5. Inspect With The Client

After, our inspection is complete and we have made sure the area is to high standards and is cleaned up we will show you the work. The client at this point can give us any feedback and share with us any questions/comments they may have.
